This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage and measurement beacons) used on naviproperty.com, in the Navi Sales workspace, and in property viewers powered by Navi. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
1. Your choice
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics. Until you accept, we use only what is strictly necessary and measure visits without cookies and without identifying you. You can change your choice at any time with the Change cookie settings button at the top of this page, or by clearing your browser’s site data.
2. What we use
Strictly necessary
Always on, because the site or the Sales workspace does not work without them.
- navi.analytics-consent (local storage, Navi): remembers your analytics choice. Kept until you clear it.
- Sign-in session cookie (cookie, Navi): keeps you signed in to the Sales workspace. Kept until you sign out or the session expires.
- Security cookie (cookie, Navi): protects workspace forms against cross-site request forgery. Kept until you close the browser.
Cloudflare, which protects our services, may also set a security cookie such as __cf_bm to distinguish people from bots. It lasts 30 minutes.
Property viewer settings
Always on. These are stored only in your browser and are used to provide features you use in the viewer.
- navi.quality (local storage, Navi): remembers whether you turned on data saver. Kept until you clear it.
- navi.bw (session storage, Navi): stores an estimate of your connection speed so the viewer can choose a suitable video quality. Kept until you close the tab.
- navi.favourites (local storage, Navi): remembers the units you saved as favorites. Kept until you clear it.
- navi.statsCard (local storage, Navi): remembers whether you collapsed the project summary card on mobile. Kept until you clear it.
- navi.assistant.visitor (local storage, Navi): a random identifier that keeps your conversation with the AI assistant together. It is sent with your messages to the assistant and does not contain your name or contact details. Kept until you clear it.
Performance measurement without cookies
Always on.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare): measures page load speed and errors. It does not set cookies, does not use local storage and does not identify you.
- Framer Analytics (Framer, on naviproperty.com only): counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.
Analytics
Only with your consent.
- _ga (cookie, Google Analytics): distinguishes visitors to count visits and usage. Kept for 2 years.
- _ga_<container-id> (cookie, Google Analytics): keeps session state for Google Analytics. Kept for 2 years.
We use Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode. Before you accept, Google Analytics receives only cookieless signals that tell it storage is denied, with advertising personalization disabled; no analytics cookies are set. If you decline, it stays that way. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
3. Third parties you may encounter
These services set their own cookies on their own domains when you use them, under their own policies:
- Google: when you choose Sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar.
- Apple: when you choose Sign in with Apple.
- Paddle: on the checkout page when you buy a self-service plan.
We do not control those cookies.
4. Property viewers on developers’ websites
A Navi viewer may be shown on a developer’s own website or domain. The viewer brings its own consent banner and follows the choices described here. Any other cookies on the developer’s website are the developer’s responsibility and are covered by their cookie policy.
5. Changes and contact
We will update this policy when we add or remove a cookie or similar technology, and update the date above.
