Do I pay per project or per company?
Per project. Compas and Voyager are priced per project so you only pay for what's live. Running several developments? Voyager is built for multi-project teams, and Polaris removes the unit and team limits entirely.
What if we already have 3D assets?
Then there's no setup fee. If your model and files are compatible, we plug them straight in. If not, our studio can build everything for you.
Can I cancel?
Yes — Compas and Voyager are cancel-anytime. Annual plans bill for the year up front and effectively give you two months free.
How is Navi different from a nice 3D render?
A render shows the building. Navi sells it — live inventory, a CRM that knows which units are reserved, calendars, and buyer tools like 360° tours and affordability calculators, all in one place.
