What does Navi include?
A live 3D Viewer for buyers and a Sales workspace for your team — inventory, CRM, calendar, dashboard and AI — so exploration and closing stay in one place.
Who builds the 3D model?
Darkroom builds it as part of setup — or we ingest compatible assets you already have. If your files plug in cleanly, there's no setup fee.
How is Navi different from a nice 3D render?
A render shows the building. Navi sells it — live inventory, a CRM that knows which units are reserved, calendars, and buyer tools like 360° tours, all in one place.
We already have a visualization partner.
Bring compatible assets and skip the setup fee — or let Darkroom rebuild for a single pipeline.
What if we already have 3D assets?
Then there's no setup fee. If your model and files are compatible, we plug them straight in. If not, our studio can build everything for you.
Do buyers need an app?
No. They open a link in the browser — desktop or mobile — and walk the building. No download, no appointment.
Can they reserve a unit from the model?
Yes. When a unit is reserved in Sales workspace, it greys out in the Viewer instantly so buyers always see honest availability.
Does my team see what buyers explore?
Every meaningful step lands in Sales workspace — which units they opened, what they filtered, and when they asked to talk.
Does it sync with Salesforce?
Yes on Voyager+. Leads and stage changes stay in sync with the CRM your team already runs.
How does our data get in?
CSV import for inventory, then live updates from Sales workspace. No parallel spreadsheet.
Do I pay per project or per company?
Per project. Compass and Voyager are priced per project so you only pay for what's live. Running several developments? Voyager is built for multi-project teams, and Polaris removes the unit and team limits entirely.
Can I cancel?
Yes — Compass and Voyager are cancel-anytime. Annual plans bill for the year up front and effectively give you two months free.
Which plan is right for us?
One project, getting started: Compass. A portfolio and a sales team that needs CRM sync and branding: Voyager. Enterprise rollout with online reservations, offers and custom integrations: Polaris. Not sure? and we'll map it to your pipeline.
